Timing for events, which includes the best technology in chip timing: Currently we use IPICO or ChampionChip Timing for our chip timing system, we believe that IPICO and ChampionChip is the best chip timing system in the country and this is why we time all of our events with them. You can research IPICO at ipicosports.com and championchip.com or you can ask us any questions you might want to know. We offer the cheapest rates in the Midwest for chip timing, and we will match any competitors prices.We also provide result print outs every ten minutes during an event. Make a rapid move to contact us concerning chip timing for your event, and we will send an estimate as soon as possible. Advertising and Marketing We can advertise and market your event through any and all sourses that you wish to advertise with. We have our website that you can advertise with, which sells banners at the cheapest rates in the Midwest. We can provide all companies a report every month, with the break down of all the traffic that comes through our website. You can click on the advertising tab for the break down of prices. Give your race director a break and let us do the advertising for you. Logistics of coordinating an event, permits, insurance, site layout etc. We understand that one of the toughest parts of coordinating a successful event is obtaining the permits from the city. Rapid Running can, and will, obtain permits from the city and insurance for your special event. We can also provide site layout through the equipment that we own and operate. Volunteer Management If obtaining volunteers for your events is the most stressfull aspect of mananging events gtive us a try in obtaining and directing volunteers for you. Budget Management With all the events that we have promoted, Rapid Running has come to realize that one of the toughest aspects of hosting an event is trying not to over budget. We can create a budget that can be carried out so your event is not over budgeted and is a success for years to come. Art Work, which includes signage, banners, t-shirt designs etc Rapid Running can create banners, mile markers, or any signage that you may need at the cheapest rates in the nation. We can also create t-shirts or awards at some of the most reasonable prices in the nation. Give us a chance on your artwork, and we promise we will not let you down. Sponsorship Management Rapid Running can create a sponsorship package for a single event ,or a whole series that is sure to obtain sponsors for your event. We will personally knock on doors to obtain sponsors so you don't have to to. We understand that making calls to get companies to sponsor your event is the last thing that a race director or promotor wants to do. So why not send us out to obtain those sponsors for your event.
